The FRS was established in 1994 and through its partnership with the National Telecommunications Cooperative Association (NTCA) promotes, educates and advocates to the public rural telecommunications issues in order to sustain and enhance the quality of life within communities throughout rural America. In keeping with its mission, furthering the education of rural youth is one of the foundation’s primary focuses. Our company, Swisher Telephone Company, is a member of NTCA and is proud to support FRS in this worthy endeavor.
