Billing Cycle and Due Date

Swisher Telephone Company telephone bills are mailed around the 1st of every month and are due by the 20th of the month.  Local telephone service is billed for the current month. toll charges however, are billed in arrears.

FOLLOWING CONVENIENT WAYS TO PAY YOUR BILL

• Residential Online Bill Pay: A free online billing option allows you to receive, review and pay your bill over the internet. To utilize, CLICK HERE.

• U.S. Postal Mail Delivery: The postage is on us if you use the postage paid blue envelope provided in your monthly bill, or mail your payment to:

• Automatic Payment:  This free payment option allows you to have your bill automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the 15th of each month.  There is no charge to sign up for Automatic

Payment.  Simply print the authorization form and fill it out.  You may fax it to 857-4001, mail it to our business office or bring it in to our business office.  We will do the rest.

• Payment Office/Drop Box: Payments can be made at South Slope Cooperative Communications located at 980 North Front Street in North Liberty. Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Payments can be made after hours in the drop box located in the drive thru lane at South Slope Cooperative Communications, 980 North Front Street in North Liberty.

• Credit Card: Payments by Discover, Master Card, or Visa are accepted over the phone, in person, or by automatic payment. Any payments made by credit card over the phone will be assessed a $5.00 credit card usage convenience fee per transaction.
